Get support for your growing journey. Book 121 sessions, get peer support, take part in learning/teaching with others on the journey, and join a private forum for ongoing learning once the course ends.
A range of materials are available, providing, on the one hand, a planned, holistic curriculum that gives a thorough grounding in all relevant issues and aspects of spirituality, and on the other hand provides dynamic learning opportunities, responding to the needs and wants of the groups enrolled at the time, based therefore on your requests and feedback. All courses cover the following four key elements:
How do we integrate what we learn theoretically about spiritual reality, with the practicalities of daily life? How do we make progress in the here and now with the goals and life missions that emerge through our inner enquiry? How do we deal with the many challenges and issues that come up on the spiritual journey? And, where in fact do we even begin? Embodied Practice is all about finding YOUR way with spirituality, in your current life and situation.
Through direct study of the self, including our minds, emotions and inner life, using both classic teachings as well as insights from self-experimentation, mastery of the self becomes possible, and through this, the pathway to live a fuller, better, happier life, whatever the circumstances, whatever is going on “outside”. Peace and joy can be created through consistent work in this area.
Learn how to build connection in all its basic forms and dynamics: with oneself, with others, with the world, with spiritual reality, with One and Everything. A key tool for connection is Meditation, in all its forms. All experiencing can be a meditation, and through this, connection to One and Everything can be made. Connection goes in all directions, and the paramount connection is with the spiritual core or essence of all things, including your self.
How do we evolve – during a single life? Across multiple lives? How does it work? And, most importantly, what can we do with this information, how can it empower us in the here and now? This topic involves learning about the deeper nature of things like “karma” or energetic return, fate, cycles, and resistance, all of which we need to know in order to overcome the many stumbling blocks in the road of life.
The training kicks off with Prosperus founder, Anton Jarrod, who has this to say:
“I think the days of the ‘guru’ and ‘spiritual teacher’ are over already. The future is peer learning and support: we learn from each other. I see myself then not as a ‘teacher’ but as a facilitator and supporter of the spiritual development process, with which others can connect via their own inner teacher, in order to learn from THAT teacher and all that life offers. We only need this in order to make the spiritual journey. This has been my experience and it’s what I know so deeply.
As the Prosperus project grows, it is intended that the Academy will be able to support other facilitators of teaching and learning, and that a growing community of people with different forms of experience will offer peer learning opportunities, allowing us all to learn from each other alongside our inner teachers and life itself”

Guidance and support with identifying meditation touchstones will help you integrate the topics covered in terms of mind, body and spirit. This is key to any longer-term transformation.

It’s up to you, how much theory or experiential work or both that you engage in. There is no formal requirement, tests or prior learning needed. That said, the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it.
Yes, whatever level of experience you have, the academy will have something for you. This is because the learning is based very much on your own position and goals in the spiritual journey.
Whatever your stage of spiritual development or experience, you can make progress by activating the teacher WITHIN and by learning how to learn from life. You don’t need a guru or ‘spiritual teacher’. That belongs to the past.
