In this video I talk about what spiritual development is. I’ve had a few people over the years, including people familiar with psychology and personal development, ask me what it is, which always surprised me. But I’ve learned to realise that whilst it may be obvious to me, it may not be obvious to everyone else and so I thought about unpacking it fully, clearly and simply in this video.
